Paleo Brownie Bites
Protein packed these bites are the perfect pre or post workout snack. They are extremely easy to make and only take 10 minutes to whip together. Plus they only require 7 ingredients. They are basically really really healthy brownies that require no baking. Yum!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup dates (pitted)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 scoop protein powder (2 tbsp collagen works too)
- 1 scoop Great Lakes Ginseng Powder
- 1/4 walnuts (nut of choice)
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (dairy free)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients excluding those for chocolate drizzle into a food processor
- Mix until desired texture is reached
- Place mixture in an ice cube tray, silicone moulds or roll into balls
- Place in freezer until firm, remove and drizzle with chocolate
- Store in freezer
