This incredibly healthy banana bread recipe requires only a few ingredients. It is made with gluten free flour and is sweetened with maple syrup. It Is very easy to make and even easier to enjoy :)!
INGREDIENTS
⅓ cup melted coconut oil
½ cup maple syrup
2 eggs
2 1/2 mashed bananas
¼ cup almond milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 scoop Great Lakes Ginseng powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more to swirl on top
1 ¾ cups gluten free flour
Add in 1/2 cup chocolate chips
INSTRUCTION
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Beat the oil and honey together together with a whisk. Add the eggs and beat well, then whisk in the mashed bananas and milk.
Add the baking soda, ginseng powder, vanilla, salt and cinnamon, and whisk to blend.
Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
Pour the batter into your greased loaf pan and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
